Implementing Good Food Purchasing in Melbourne

Food production, supply, distribution, and the associated issues of inequality, health and economic challenges are emerging as defining urban issues for cities around the world. Global South is working to investigate and create impact in this sector through our work.

This paper was produced as part of Simon McPherson’s participation in the Executive Masters in Cities at the London School of Economics (LSE Cities). It investigates the potential implementation of a Good Food Purchasing Program in Melbourne.
